DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order, we will make contact by phone to arrange a mutually convent time for delivery. We deliver six days a week through the height of the season.

Our logs are all delivered daily from our warehouse to you by ourselves. We made the choice not to use a third party pallet delivery service which means we can only deliver within East Anglia, but it means we can ensure the process is as simple and convenient as possible for you. The crates our delivered on our own small van allowing us to get into even the tightest of driveways. Once lowered to the ground we can then position it in a garage, cart lodge, porch or just in a drive or pathway as long as the ground is solid, such as paved, concrete or tarmac. If required it is possible for us to unload crates and stack by hand into a log store for a small additional charge (please enquire when ordering or when confirming the delivery on the phone)
